Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp oregano dried
  • 2 tsp basil dried
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or jar, combine vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, mustard, and honey.
  • Slowly whisk in the olive oil until emulsified.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
