- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp oregano dried
- 2 tsp basil dried
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey

In a bowl or jar, combine vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, mustard, and honey.
