Ingredients
- 4 medium Yukon gold or russet potatoes thinly sliced
- 6 thin prosciutto slices
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 inch baking tray with olive oil or butter.
- Clean and peel the potatoes. Use a mandolin or slice the potatoes thin.
- Arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with the Italian herbs and prebake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes r until the potatoes are beginning to brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven. Top the precooked potatoes first with prosciutto then with the Swiss cheese. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. ENJOY!!!!
